First Hybrid virtual event in Georgia - Providing a holistic event experience in a new reality
Combining an offline exposition, of products produced by 15 young entrepreneurs, with the online B2B forum, attended by over top 50 companies from respective fields, was a challenging task, but CT team’s efforts paid off and event turned out to be a major success. 55 participating companies, 84 online B2B meetings and 80 agreements for the future cooperation, this was a result of two-month continuous work.

Online events are new waters for our Concierge Tbilisi, however we are successfully building on our reach experience of organizing offline events. Providing a holistic online event experience is a challenge in the new reality, therefore it needs preparation of an interesting content and appealing visual materials, which eventually bring catchy and realistic elements of physical events into the virtual world.
To make the B2B forum interesting, engaging and successful CT developed its own method which involved organizing an actual exposition and streaming it live, developing high resolution promotion materials for the participating entrepreneurs, coaching entrepreneurs and adapting them to online B2B meetings, working with invited companies to have a good online experience etc.
