Forbes Georgia 30 Under 30 Hybrid event

Concierge Tbilisi became Forbes Georgia 30 Under 30 Award exclusive implementing partner and started the award event transformation process from a physical happening into a hybrid event, joining actual TV studio and online experience. Forbes Georgia aimed to increase the reach of the award in its social media channels and upgrade its image with the help of Concierge Tbilisi marketing and event professionals.

Online B2B Forum Supporting Young Entrepreneurs

Upon the request of Education Development and Employment Centre (EDEC) Concierge Tbilisi planned and executed a complex online B2B forum. Success of the assignment was highly dependent on the pre-event marketing works and selection of the best matching virtual event’s platform.

Concierge Tbilisi had to work with 15 young entrepreneurs from the regions of Georgia who had little computer literacy, however needed to be presented in the virtual event showing their highest potential.

Startup Grind Tbilisi Europe - Asia Connect

On November 8-10, 2019, Tbilisi hosted Startup Grind Eurasia Connect - the largest startup event in the region and the 3rd largest Startup Grind conference in the world. Event featured keynote speakers like Amrit Dhir from Google for Startups and Sheel Mohnot from 500 Startups Fintech Fund.

Highly complex conferences and VIP receptions were planned and executed by Concierge Tbilisi, who won the government tender for organizing the event.

Skills4Georgia - The Georgian - German TVET Days

GIZ local office in Tbilisi tendered out a highly complex and important event to showcase the successful cooperation between the public and private sector and the importance of fruitful partnership for the accomplishment of vocational education goals. The overall goal was inviting young people to test the vocational professions and discover new fields of interest and profit generation.

Unforgettable Bachelorette in Georgia

In summer 2019 Concierge Tbilisi hosted a group of 18 young man from USA and Canada holding leading positions at investment banking, trading, and military companies. This extraordinary delegation wanted to organize an unforgettable Bachelorette party for their friend and explore not only touristic, but very authentic Georgia, experience something unique, funny and interesting, to make the Bachelor never forget these moments.
