Prime Minister’s office shortlisted top event companies on the Georgian market to smoothly plan and execute the New year celebration events in Georgia.

Concierge Tbilisi was assigned 3 regional cities of western Georgia- Ozurgeti, Kobuleti and Khelvachauri. Company had to suggest the mass outdoor event concept to be appealing to the general audience. New year event was supposed to have a Christmas vibe, very festive visualization and elements of active interaction. Management of the cultural program, media relations and event closing part was also a part of company brief.
