In November 2019 Concierge Tbilisi won a government published tender for the event management services to organize The Startup Grind Europe-Asia Connect. Event hosted up to 1700 delegates during two days of parallel conferences and sessions. This regional gathering was the third biggest Startup Grind event after Silicon Valley (8,000 delegates ) and London ( 3,000 delegates).

SERVICES PROVIDED

Providing event panning, execution and post event evaluation services
Designing event brand book, hall banners and outdoor massive installation with sponsor placements
Providing stage management services for two parallel sessions
Managing communication with event sponsors, supporters and other stakeholders
Ensuring protocol services for guest identification and access to the main and evening events
Producing and designing all branded materials including badges, hoodies, bags, banners etc
Selecting catering partners and drafting menus
Identifying and negotiating additional venues other than Rustaveli Theatre for delegate and VIP dinners
Reporting to Startup Grind organizers and Georgian Innovations and Technology Agency
