Georgian Outlets & Resort Group (GORG) in close collaboration with TORG International asked CONCIERGE TBILISI to plan and organize Groundbreaking Ceremony at Tbilisi Outlet Village, the first outlet at the crossroads of East and West.
The official groundbreaking ceremony took place on 8th September and was hosted by the Government of Georgia in the presence of Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
- Elaborating event concept
- Liaising with TORG international experts and reflecting their feedback in event planning
- Providing multilingual simultaneous translation services for the representatives of the diplomatic corps
- Developing stage and audience set up 3D designs, producing all necessary installations for the stage and project promotion purposes
- Handling government protocol and liaising with PM office on the content of the groundbreaking ceremony
- Ensuring stage management
- Drafting speeches for outlet village and TORG international keynote speakers
- Selecting catering partners and drafting menus
