Tbilisoba 2024, the annual celebration of Tbilisi, took place from October 5-6. This vibrant festival showcased the city's rich heritage through live music, traditional dance, street performances, food stalls, and art exhibitions. Highlights included a grand parade, grape harvest festivities, and fireworks.
The Concierge Tbilisi team had the honor of contributing to the magic of Tbilisoba 2024! As soon as visitors arrived at Orbelianis Square, they were greeted by a stunning, colorful arch designed to reflect the charm of old Tbilisi houses. Over in Rikke Park, we created a lively children's entertainment zone, where kids spent the day enjoying activities, guided by supervisors, and making wonderful memories. Our vibrant animators brought joy and laughter to guests of all ages, spreading smiles and enchantment throughout the event.
The festival truly brought the city's traditions and modern spirit together in a beautiful celebration!
Instalation Concept and Design
- Developed a cohesive theme reflecting the spirit of Tbilisi with charming old Tbilisi house designs.
- Designed the colorful arch and visual décor for Orbelianis Square.
Venue Setup and Management
- Installed structures, including the arch at Orbelianis Square and a children's entertainment zone in Rikke Park.
- Coordinated on-site logistics for smooth operations.
Children’s Entertainment Zone
- Organized interactive activities for kids, supervised by professional staff to ensure safety and enjoyment.
Entertainment Provision
- Provided animator performers to engage guests of all ages with fun, interactive entertainment.
Logistics and Vendor Coordination
- Managed vendors for décor, props, and sound systems, ensuring all necessary permits were obtained for public spaces.
These services collectively ensured that Tbilisoba 2024 was a vibrant and memorable celebration for both children and adults.
