The main goal of EDEC was to promote the volunteer week via 5-day film sessions and online discussions, encouraging youth to become volunteers and get familiar with various activities implemented by the Education Development and Employment Centre.
In response to TOR CONCIERGE TBILISI planned five-day cinema session in online format, selected best suitable platform matching the needs of the online event and mobilized audience of film viewers as well young people willing to participate in online discussions.

- Branding the online platform
- Inviting a daily audience of at least 100 volunteers to attend the event, providing technical assistance for registration and attendance
- Producing speaker video addresses
- Marketing Materials created for online event ( Design Event cover banner, posters, agenda, info graphics, online event guideline for participants, designs for the promotion video)
- Event promotion video - Drafting the concept of the video and sharing respective references for its visual style, Collecting materials to be used in the video, Writing key messages for the promotional footage
