GIZ local office in Tbilisi tendered out a highly complex and important event to showcase the results of the supported vocational education projects, what opportunities they create for potential workforce and which vocational professions are in high demand. Main challenge was converting “Republic Square” into a major exposition area with 21 thematic pavilions, communicating with the stakeholders and ensuring each pavilion was displaying products matching event communication goals. Industries presented included Furniture, Logistics, Construction, Eco-tourism, ICT, Forestry, government structure, and etc.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Creating the outdoor exposition concept paper and 3D designs/renders
Communicating with the stakeholders of 21 thematic pavilions/coordinating logistics
In cooperation with stakeholders selecting best items to display within the pavilion
Drafting the stakeholder communication plan and executing with close coordination with GIZ team
Managing 100 volunteers at the event
Developing and planning additional interactive activities such as simulations per pavilion for the better engagement of the audience
Inviting food vendors for the outdoor event
Managing overall logistics and coordination with Tbilisi City hall-permits, electricity supply etc
