CONCIERGE TBILISI was given a brief to plan and execute a Hybrid Format product exposition and online B2b forum. To ensure proper branding of entrepreneurs develop brand books for B2B forum participants, as well as design and print product catalogues for their businesses

Exposition (physical event)
- Selecting expo venue and providing necessary logistical support like electric engineering, basic furniture, event security and cleaning services
- Setting up wooden stall and displaying products of the entrepreneurs
- Making the video and photo footage of the event
- Handling the delivery and warehousing of all display products
B2B forum (Online event)
- Selecting international online platform supporting the B2b forum format
- Incorporating online expo and B2B meeting components
- Planning over 120 B2B meetings of 15 entrepreneurs with invited private companies, small investment funds etc
- Branding the online platform in accordance with the EDEC brand guidelines
- Preparing speaker video addresses
- Live streaming the physical expo into the online event
